How to Import Members

    Hi Patricia,

    We don’t have an Import tool in Members, but if users are already registered on your website, they should be accessible in Members section as Members does not create users and uses WordPress users.

    I appreciate your reply. I’m asking because my subscribers did not populate in the Members plugin. They auto-populated in the Ultimate Members (I don’t need most of their features) plugin, however. I’m hoping you can point me in the right direction.

    I don’t know Ulitmate Members plugin, but make sure that they don’t use custom table outside regular wp_users table provided by WordPress for subscribers. Members takes users from wp_users table used by WordPress, but it happens that plugins may use custom table to store data.
