    Hi,

    How can I import members’ data which have some custom fields? I have installed Bulk Import Member Data from a CSV File plugin and downloaded your CSV file format.

    Please advise.

    I have read through the documentation but as mentioned I have additional custom fields aside from the standard fields. How can I import those fields?

    This tool can’t handle importing of any custom fields at this stage. The primary purpose of this tool is to allow importing of some core member data. Once the member logs into the site and goes to the profile page, he can submit custom data (if you have configured custom fields via form builder addon).
