    I don’t see any easy solution. A custom script can go through all of the site’s HTML pages, extract the part within body tags and insert as content for a new WP page. This will at least import most of the site’s content into WP. Depending on how the current pages are setup it could take a little or a lot of additional work to get them to look right in WP.

    This script would need to convert any internal links to comply with the WP permalink scheme. Some parts of the body content would need to be filtered out, such as headers and menus, since the WP theme will manage these. Things like this is why it would need to be a custom script.
