How to import XML file from a free WordPress.com acount

    Hey guys. Name’s JaDe. I just recently installed WordPress in my own server after using a free acount at WordPress.com to see if blogging was really for me. Now, I want to import my posts and comments from my free WordPress.com account to my WordPress in my server. I already exported the posts and comments to a XML file. I just don’t know where to import in on my WordPress account. I feel stupid asking this. I tried importing it on the LiveJournal import option, since that one also uses XML to import posts, but no luck. Help?
