How to improve loading speeds?

Hi..

So basically I am running a WooCommerce site with quite many plugins that I cannot get rid of.. All these plugins make my site load in 15 (!!!) seconds (according to ping test). I installed WP Super Cache but now it’s around 9 second.. Is there any way to improve it even more?
