How to Include Leagues, Season in Registration form

Hello there,

Is it possible to allow new users to select leagues and seasons while they are registering on my website? Currently, I am manually assigning them to a league and season. Also, when they register their player profile is also automatically created but it comes with draft status and I need to manually publish it along with connecting that user to a league and season. It will be really great if there is any way to make this process automatic. Waiting for some helpful answers. Thanks
