How to include “Notes” field in notifications?

Hello @jdcohan! By default, your fields should be included with the customer_information_summary twig: https://ssappts.com/guides/twig-code-templates/#list-of-all-the-customer-information-fields

But if you need to call this field specifically, you can use a specific twig code template to do so. We have a guide on this here: https://ssappts.com/guides/advanced-twig-code-templates/#specific-customer-information-fields

So for example, the twig would look like this:
{{ attribute( Appointment.customer_information, ‘Notes’ ) }}

I did see that (reference to ‘MYFIELD’), but I had to dig into the ssa_appointments MySQL table to see that the slug for notes is ‘Notes’.

I ended up using this:

{{ Appointment.customer_information.Notes }}

It seems to have worked.
