How to include page contents with form submission email?

Hi, I’m using CF7 to craft an agreement that people need to, well, agree to.

When the users submit, I need to have the text of the agreement included with the record of their agreement. So ideally, I would get an email that included both the actual agreement as it was on the date of their agreement (i.e., the current page contents, along with their checkbox selection, name, email (and also using CF7 signature add-on).

I could include the raw text of the agreement in the form itself, i.e., as a really big label to one of the forms…

Or, I could include a copy of the agreement in the Mail tab.

But maybe there is a more elegant way?
