How to include Woocommerce categories

Hi.. I love your plugin, it’s perfect and simple. however I was wondering if I could use it to search through woocommerce products category too. I’d like to have a search bar for each Main category(I have 4 main categories which serves as stores), if I could have a product search exclusively for each store/category I though it would be nice.

Is this possible?
