How to increase newsletter:number

  • I’m upgrading to MailPoet 3 and I want to know how to set the newsletter:number to the next number in MailPoet 2. I do it in the database or there’s an other way?

    Hiya @duff1,

    Sorry I’m not 100% certain what it is you’d like to achieve, could you clarify/provide some additional information?

    If you want to provide an incremental newsletter number that an end user sees in the subject, you could just write that out in the subject line.

    Anyway if you could provide some additional information and I’d be happy to help. ??

    In MailPoet 2, my automatic newsletter subject is now at [newsletter:number] = #65.

    Because we cannot import data from old version in MailPoet 3, I want my automatic newsletter to continue at the next number. [newsletter:number] = #66
