How to increase shipping cost by 50% for quantity >1

Hello!
Does anyone know if the default free woocommerce plugin can implement the following scenario?
If qty > 1 then add 0.5 of the shipping cost to the current shipping total
Or do I need the Table Rate (or some other) plugin to achieve this?
