How to increase sidebar width in twentysixteen theme?

    I am using wordpress twentysixteen theme on my blog. I wish to increase the width of the sidebar so that I can fit 300X250 advertisement in it. The width of the sidebar right now is 277.5px. How can I change it to 300px without disturbing the mobile friendliness version of the website.

  • I have the same problem but I want to decrease the width of the sidebar to 200px. Anyone knows how to do it ? I really need a help. Thanks !!! Regards.
