How to increase size of image on category pages

Hi Team,
Though our images of 600*400px, on category pages they show very very small.
https://quotesnstories.com/category/wise/I am using Full Width (no sidebar) blog layout. I looked at most of the theme files, but could not find where to change the image size to display bigger.
Please help.
