how to increase the no. of related posts

have you tried the plugin settings/options: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/related-posts-thumbnails/screenshots/

i did tried it,& the no. posts increaded to 4 but the 4th post is below other three,i want it to apperar with other 3posts,
my container width is 670px,

so wd of grt help if you could explain me on how to decrease the width of each posts,so that i cd accumulate 4 related posts in 1 horizontal way.
