How to increase the space between two widgets and in the body.

Good Morning

I have facing two issue which are relating to margin or padding, not sure. I am not a tech guy finding hard to find a solution for it.

Situation 1

I want to increase the space between these two units market with an arrow on homepage and an all pages and on all categories. An image is attached herewith.
