How to increase top margin/padding for page?

    After updating both WordPress (to 5.4) and theme Flexia (to 2.0.1) yesterday the top margin (or padding) on every page has disappeared or shrunk so the pages now look cramped in the top. It seems that it is Flexia who has removed the margin. How do I add more space under the menu?
