    Hello,

I have Jetpack installed with Site Accelerator (Photon) turned on. And I’ve just updated the image sizes for my Woocommerce site. But I can’t see the images being regenerated? I thought this was supposed to happen automatically in the latest versions of Woocommerce? I have checked the status logs and can’t see anything in there. Does this mean I will need to use a plugin like Regenerate Thumbnails to force them?

You’ll need to upload the images with new file names, otherwise the CDN will just think they’re the same already-cached images.

    Hi James.

Weird. It looks like it has regenerated the images in the background as they’re all showing at the new aspect ratio now. I haven’t renamed anything. There are approx 8k images imported from an ebay store so I wouldn’t be able to do that – I’d have to delete everything and re-import them.

The images do re-cache from time to time, but the only way to ensure an immediate update is to re-upload them with different file names.
