[NSFW] How to Insert a MastHead on Top of Page

    I wish to insert a masthead ad on top of the page (such as the index page) but before every content on page, so that the ad shows on top of the page before everything else.

    I tried to add the code before content on index page but it doesnt put it on the extreme top of the page.

    Can someone please tell me the way to use Ad Inserter to put a ad code on extreme top of the page for desktop and mobile.

    Thank you, that worked perfectly and the option to place in the header showed up in my options I was able to get a great masthead ad on the desktop view. I appreciate your fast reply and resolution.

    One last question, the masthead ad only shows in desktop and not mobile view. I have chosen to insert in mobile and tablets using client side detection. Is there any other setting require to show on mobiles for ads placed in above header.
