How to insert an image into a post !?

  • Im not a neewbie, but dont do this very often..

    …m probaly being dumb too, but how do I insert an image already in the gallery into a post !?
    – I go to the insert media/image, and then see the modal box showing the options, including Gallery.
    – I press ‘show’ on the image I want to insert
    …but now what ? I can’t see any button that says ‘actually insert into post’, only ‘delete’….

    why ?

    please put me out of my misery..
