how to insert comment box in a web page

  • I am a beginner in this thing, I would like to add comment boxes on each of my web pages in order for viewers to add comments, please tell me how as i have tried every possible code.

    Yes Even i want to do this… to add an comment box for every other page than index.php page on my website. As well as if anyone can tell me how do i make my single large page to multiple pages like want to add ? PREVIOUS ENTRIES ? ? NEXT ENTRIES ? at the bottom of the pages!

    Please guide me on this!
