How to insert custom fields into WooCommerce email template?

I want to remove all of the description text from the New Order email template and replace it with just the plain text of the product, and about 4 of my custom fields I created with the Checkout Field Editor extension from WooCommerce. I’m sure this is quite simple but I really have no clue.
