How to insert form data into wp DB (and read in a page?)

  • I want to have a form which captures info (from the form which is embedded in a page) and the data added (by users) is to be added to the WP DB.

    Also, I want to query the DB (based on certain criteria) – and extract the data added – is there a simple way to achieve this?

    Any plugin?
