How to insert Hyperlink within a Topic

Hi,
How to insert Hyperlink within a Topic?

I was inserting the hyperlink which contained more information. So when the visitors come to the site, they can click on let’s say Book-Keeping and it will take them to the next page or show it right there the detailed info.

“Book-keeping- We help manage your income and expenses on a monthly basis, so you can make smart decision about your business.”

When Visitors click on Book Keeping, the rest of the info should show either on the new tab or something?

The site is not Public yet so you wont be able to see anything. I don’t see any option where it says to attach an image for you to see.
