How to insert shipping_phone ancor to mail

    Hello,

    I use Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce on my site, and I need to insert Shipping phone to the new order email, but that anchor is not showing on the list of available anchors {shipping_phone}.
    How can I add it?

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out to us.
    There’s no shortcode for shipping phone, there’s only one shortcode {customer_phone_number} for the phone number in the Billing Address.
    Moreover, this field: https://prnt.sc/a1JgugxRVuhB is not from WooCommerce originally. If this info shows when our plugin is deactivated, you can try WC Hook element. Please regard our tutorial video of how to use this element. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDRhSJzFFbM&t=5s

    Thanks for quick answer, but it did not answered my question.

    The dield I try to insert into the email is from the plugin Checkout Field Editor for WooCommerce, an added field. Is there a way to insert this field through Email Template Customizer for WooCommerce plugin?

    Yes, you can do it in our premium version. The info from a 3rd party is an order meta field, the shortcode to add order meta info is supported in the premium version.
