    Can you please guide me how can I insert shortcode that I want to place below the subscription email field

    Custom shortcodes are not supported by our plugin. You can insert shortcode to content field, but it will not load external CSS and Javascripts so you would have to include scripts in the content as well and style those elements by custom CSS input field.
