How to insert the ticket form in a page

  • i want a a way to use the shortcodes for submit ticket form in a page rather than the dashboard page or support, the old version works better than this new update, since this update the use of shortcodes is disabled and it really makes my work not too good, bring back the shortcode function so that i can add create a ticket form in any page of my chioce using shortcode

    Guestmodus is not understood by my clients and they wont use it, while an direct ticket where they fill out there e-mailaddress will work.
