how to insert thumbnail in index.php from single.php (my post)

  • I’m currently designing a theme right nw for https://www.surforeo.com take a look at it. The problem is I want a thumbnail to show in index.php from my post, if image is visible in my post.

    What are the things that I need to edit and add?.
    What are the files that I should provde?
    Please teach me from scratch.
