How to insert tracking id on title?

Hi,
I would like to add a tracking id on the title area when someone clicked.
Is there anyway I can add something like <div id=”tracktitle”> </div> on the title?
I added the div tag on the Title field at the admin but this doesn’t seem to be working.Many thanks in advance.
