How to insert video to my blog post?

Same thing here. I am able to add images, but not video (it is in FLV format)
Hope someone can help.

I have managed to do this so far with .mov : You put this code in the box and change the file inside to where your file is. Maybe it′s the same for .flv Search google for a code
