How to install Fourteen Extended v1.2.31?

I downloaded the Fourteen Extended v1.2.31 which I honestly think may help simplify customization process of the Twenty Fourteen theme. Something not just I want to do, but something I have to do. But frankly I have no clue as to how to install the files as there’s no installer among the files. Please point me in the right direction. Thanx in advance.
