    Please ask your host provider

    Hello

I have the same problem. The packages are on the server, I can run them from the shell command line but the plugin still informs that there are no packages ??

    What to do?

    Thank you for your help

@arekbr hi, it seems you have a different problem then, because @gouravrr cannot install it on server, which is the host provider responsability.
In your case the packages are already installed if i understand well, can you please:
    1) send us the command lines you are able to run on the server which confirms the packages are installed
    2) a screenshot of the plugin settings page which indicates there are no packages installed.

    Thanks!

Thanks, we are going to study quickly why it is not detected by plugin.
Nevertheless, have you tried converting anyway ? Because it should launch the conversion and try to do it.

Yes, but the post created is far from the original PDF file. It contains only the images thrown in the order they appear in the PDF file. There is no formatting, no text, no layout of the original, no column division, no photo captions.

Yes it is normal then, that’s all the plugin does! ??
You can try HTML conversion selecting this option, but is causes other problems of layout in certain cases.

We have developed a real professional converter which works from Indesign to WordPress, but based on Indesign HTML exports. Feel free to contact us if you need : https://www.indesign2wordpress.com/contact/

    Cheers!

Hahah… OK. This plugin only uploads images from a pdf file? Huh… it’s easier for me to upload those pictures directly to the server ??

Thank you for your answer. I see I don’t need this plug-in.

I’ll check the converter from the link. I hope it does more ??

    kind regards

No, it also extract all text and create galleries automatically ??

    > I’ll check the converter from the link. I hope it does more ??

The Indesign converter is much more power full, but requires specific settings : https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/indesignhtml2post/

Nevertheless, it does not take into account the layout, on purpose, because, we delegate this to the web designers of each website :p

Our site is under construction, so there isn’t any documentation yet, but the plugin is used in production at several sites.

?? ok. I understand. But, please remove all my trial post from indesign2wordpress…I didn’t know they were visible to everyone. I’m sorry for the trouble

    tnx ??

I’m having the same issue as arekbr. Command line installations work fine. Plugin cannot “find” pdfimages or PDFMiner…maybe a $PATH issue? Both installed with Brew. If you find any answers to this issue, it would be greatly appreciated as I’m not so concerned with format.

    Thanks!

    @arekbr : done!
@conboy21 : is the plugin converting your documents ? If yes, you can totally ignore warning red messages.

Completes the conversion, but only outputs title…no text no images.
