how to install plug-in forum on page

I am trying to create a forum where visitors can come and write their opinions. I have tried downloading the suggested plug-ins (bbPress, Mingle Forum, phpbb forum) but once I am on my wordpress page I don’t know to implement the forum into my webpage. I want to have a forum available on my page Share your Story with Us – my website is employmentdrama.com. Any suggestions on how to install the forum onto a specific page? Thank you!
