how to install themes manually????

I got my theme from templatesold.com, but I am starting to think it might be my host that is the problem.

I tried that, unfortunately it doesn’t work. It gives me an error message thay says, “Are you sure you want to do that?” and then below “Please try again.”

Ok, I finally did it! If anyone is having the same problem, this helped me:

Even though I read the instructions, they didn’t mention that you have to upload the file INSIDE the file. So if you’re not a tech pro like I am definitely not…this video might help!

I’ve also been having the same problem.
@sarahjd, can you post a link to the exact video that helped you. The link you posted is for a search criteria which turns up a whole collection of videos.
