How to install WordPress.

    Hi. I purchased studiopress and now I’m trying to download WordPress so I can access the WordPress dashboard. I have a phpmyadmin login from studio press but I can’t create a new database like the instructions say to do on wordpress. It says I have no privileges. I’m not sure how to obtain these privileges or how to install WordPress so I can use studio press. Any help?
