How to install Wp on localhost

  • Hi all,
    im newbie and new learn Wp so now i want to install on localhost,i use win8 and IIS .
    when installing then error : cannot write into htaccess file,i had add write property for but still not work.Now i must use temp blog [unrelated link to non-WordPress site moderated]

    pls help me soon.
