How to install wp-paginate

I am wanting to paginate my site https://www.caringisorganic.com. I’ve installed wp-paginate and I read the html code that is needed. What I am uncertain of is what file it should be used in and in what position in the file. Any help appreciated as I’m learning HTML. Thanks.
