How to integrate , A real answer would be great !

Hi,
downloaded the contact form 7, installed and activated it.
downloaded the mobile number verification, installed and activated it.
configured the plugin : APP ID and Access Token.
No idea what to do next since there is no contact form being genrated automatically or anything sayin how to create one that supports number verification (!)
