how to integrate SUMO.ME to mailpoet

Hi,
Is there a way to collect emails with the application SUMO.ME and then automatically send the email addresses collected directly to our mailpoet subscriber’s list? How to proceed?
Does Mailpoet have a “form code” to help with that?I’ve attached a link to SUMO.ME explaination. Thank you.

You can get an iFrame code at the Form Placement Panel by going to Forms > Edit and follow the steps from the this link above.
