How to integrate the plugin with Avada

Hiya to all! I would like to create a website with the Avada templates and integrate the chat messaging between admin and users. Not really understand how to reach my goal with shortcodes. Any other friendly-user dashboard panel for the new registered users – option?

Or I can integrate the shortcode in the home slider like “Send us a request” with already designed message dashboard?

Need something easy and userfriendly. will buy the plugin.
