How to internal link buttons?

Hello,
I totally new to WordPress and have no knowledge in coding..I have just been copying codes, and searching online but I couldnt find the answer to linking buttons with appropriate sections. For example, the about button when clicked should lead to, “A little about… ” how do I do that? I am using a free version right now. I will have max of four section on the page…please advise. If I have to code, please let me know where i should add he codes
