• Hi,
I’m selling tickets to an event, using WooCommerce PDF Invoices 3.1.7.

From time to time I have to refund a customer, either 100% or a lower percentage.
I assume there must be a way to do this, but I don’t know how. Any ideas/pointers?

Such a reverse/refund invoice should include the originally purchased items, including gross amount, VAT, net amount, as well as the number of the original invoice it cancels.

    Thank you,

Any ideas how to do this?
I’m sure I’m not the only one who has to issue reverse/refund invoices…

    Hi Csaba,

Did you mention to solve this? I am facing this issue too…

    Best regards,

    Hello,
Currently this is only possible if you cancel the invoice and create a new one. Will try to create Credit Notes if as soon as possible.

OK but it is possible to do these 2 actions manually & have the same result? Or would it only have the remaining products?

Yes, this is possible within the order details page. The invoice will be created based on the data it has on the order details page.
