How to: Job listings show as links on page, then click to see full job

Can someone help me figure out if I can do this? I want to be able to enter individual job positions so they show up as links on a page. Then when you click one of the links, it takes you to the full job description (opens new window). Is it Types, or Views? Or something to do with Loops? (I’m fairly new at this, so I’m not even sure if I’m explaining it very well.)
