Use the following code:

.wcpa_form_outer .wcpa_type_paragraph p {
    text-align: center;
}

Paste it to Additional CSS. Path: Appearance -> Customize -> Additional CSS

I thought there was an option directly in the add on.

But you code worked I changed it for:

.wcpa_form_outer .wcpa_type_paragraph p {
text-align: justify;
}
