how to keep page fixed?

    i’m using the constructor theme to format my own layout. my website is: https://lizartlizard.fortuin.info/

    i can keep the background image ‘fixed’ but when i resize my browser window, the page also resizes throwing off the layout. so if someone has a different size monitor than i’m using the layout most likely won’t look right.

    how do i keep the entire page fixed to avoid this problem?

    i.e. i want the entire page to shrink proportionally with the browser, not just the components of the page squished together.
