  • WordPress is software on the server (although a little of it is JS loaded on the client).
What you are talking about is JS, and you have a code example. Why are you asking here for this, which would be a plugin that loads that JS?

Unfortunately, I have not found a proper working solution with JS. Therefore I am grateful for any solution, could also be a plugin.

Am I wrong here for this? Please feel free to move to the right place.

So you pointed to a working GIF, and the JS to achieve that, but it isn’t working?
How is that related to WordPress? In order to use any JS that you do find that works, you’ll need to use a plugin to load the JS, or make your own plugin to do it. I doubt there is a plugin for this, but you can always search the Plugin Repository.

I personally would not want the site to dictate whether the page is scrolled or not when I refresh the page.

    Hi @loano1,

I think this plug in might fulfill your requirement.

    Hope this helps ??
