Unfortunately, this feature is not available on OceanWP theme, but you can search in the WordPress repository to find a plugin to do this: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/.

So you can find a plugin that provides that feature and then use it on a custom header menu. Please follow the steps explained in this link: https://docs.oceanwp.org/article/355-how-to-create-a-custom-header.
