How to keep the name file as it is , wihtout adding date stamp ?

  • When I upload images in WordPress I get:

    https://test.net/wp-content/uploads/image name**-20210601-071141**.jpg

    however I would like it like this:

    https://test.net/wp-content/uploads/image name.jpg

    how to remove what is between (** **)from the Image URL? how to avoid adding this stamp -20210601-071141 to the image url and to the file name
    Notice that On Media Organize my uploads into month- and year-based folders is UNCHECKED
