how to know who installed my plugin?

  • Hello,

    the plugin stats pages tell me how many times my plugin was downloaded.
    Is there a way in the www.ads-software.com system or from within the plugin itself to track which sites actually installed it?
    Just wanted to look how it is used… is it possible?

  • Well, you could write a ‘call home’ function in the plugin of course. But I would consider it as spyware.
