How to let the sender choose a receiver

    Hi,

    Your plugin is great for petitions. But now, we have a campaign where we’d like to send a letter to a specific deputy following the region the sender lives.

    Is there a way we could achieve that with Speak out? For example to have a dropdown list with the deputies the sender could choose from.

    If not, could you had this feature? This would be very useful when we have a national campaign and we want to reach local representatives.

    Hey,

    No that isn’t possible and it would take quite a bit of work given you are the first (and only) person to request it.

    The way do this is to have multiple petitions, one for each region. Each petition target would be the deputy for that region.

    Then using the technique described in the first paragraph here https://speakout.123host.net.au/speakout-demo/ you could have a drop down for people to choose their region, _then_ they would load the specific petition for that region.
