how to "like" someone else content ? and to import it ?

    I would like to “like” articles and posts from others, into my own website.

    my website is with www.ads-software.com, and when I try to importe other contents, the window that appears is with .com. I saw that I should pay $17 to import content into .org.

    This must be a mistake, there is something I may not have understood.
    Could someone help me ?
